This section is a web based course offered through OnCourse.  There
are no required classroom meetings - all interaction between
instructor and students will take place through OnCourse.

Section 7951; 3 credit hours. This course examines labor movements
and labor relations in industrial societies from historical,
analytical, and comparative perspectives.  The class will analyze the
interaction between unions and political organizations, national
labor policies, the resolution of workplace problems, the
organization of white collar employees, and the issues of worker
