Students will identify multiple career paths for the practicing
registered nurse, explore the roles of the practicing registered
nurse, distinguish across career paths the responsibilities relevant
to the practicing registered nurse, explain different economic
factors that impact nursing, and explore the issues that face nurses
today. B106 may be counted toward the School of Nursing Social
Competence general education cluster.
