Anthropology | Sem in Bioanthropology: Curr Res on Primate Behavior
B600 | 13404 | Hunt

Current Readings is meant to provide a forum for advanced discussion
of recent research on primate ecology and behavior. Specific topics
will be directed according to the interests and background of
students. Previous class work in primatology, animal behavior and/or
ecology will be helpful. In previous classes most weeks one of the
readings has been a review article that introduced the week’s topic at
a basic enough level that committed students could master them, and
other readings have been more directed. Reading load will consist of
occasionally two, often three, or rarely four journal articles or book
chapters. Grading will be based on attendance and discussion
performance (50% of grade) and an approximately 4,000 word term paper
(50%).
