Social Psychology is the scientific study of people’s thoughts,
feelings, and behaviors with respect to other people, and how these
thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are influenced by other people,
real or imagined. This course explores some of the key topics social
psychologists study, including: the nature of the self, self-esteem,
impression formation, stereotyping and prejudice, attitudes,
persuasion, conformity, obedience, helping behavior, aggression,
attraction, relationships, and love.
