Prerequisites: Graduate standing in Psychology or Biology or consent
of instructor.

Course description: This is a graduate course in evolution, focusing
on the theoretical underpinnings. Topics include basic quantitative
genetics, basic population genetics, genetic drift, life-history
theory, evolution of sex, sexual selection, evolution of social
behavior and speciation.

Weekly assignments: Readings from primary literature.

Exams/papers: One midterm exam and on final exam.
