	The course is a survey of the fundamentals of Latin with
emphasis on grammar and syntax.  It is designed for graduate
students.
	Daily exercises and readings and three in-class tests will
determine the course grade.  Homework marks will accumulate for one
grade that will be averaged with the three test grades for a final
mark.
