Families, Culture and the Atypical Child (3cr.) P: 6 credits of
social/Behavioral Sciences or equivalent or consent of instructor.  This
course focuses on families, culture, and the development of the
atypical child.  Specifically, we will discuss normal child development,
what can go wrong during the growth process, and how different
cultures perceive and deal with atypicality.
