SPEA-E 535 International Environmental Policy (3 cr.)

This course examines the forces in society alternately promoting and
impeding cooperation in the environmental realm. Our inquiry is
guided by four, interrelated course units: (1) international
environmental law; (2) international political order; (3) the
environment and global markets; and (4) sustainable development.
