Management for Theatre Professionals

This course examines the principals of management used by theatre
professionals to successfully navigate the industry.  Topics
discussed include:

	Time Management
	Scheduling
	Personnel Management
	Rehearsal Management

The role of the stage manager as a central hub within the production
is examined and how that person works to support the different roles
within a production and performance team as a communicator of
information.  Students also discover their own preferred style of
communicating and how to work with those of differing learning and
communicating style.

Unions and Human Resources issues round out the topics covered.
