BUS A 205 Honors Introduction to Financial Accounting (3 cr.) P: A 100 and direct
admit freshman or honors student. Concepts and issues associated with corporate
financial reporting; particular emphasis is placed on understanding the role of
financial accounting in the economy, how different accounting methods affect financial
statements, and developing a basis for lifelong learning.
