G237 Cartography and Geographic Information (3 cr.) N&M.  Use of
computers in the management of geographic information, including
data storage, database construction, creation and production of maps
and related representation of geographic data.  Computer cartography
laboratory, experimentation and interactive experience using GIS and
mapping software.  This class has an additional open lab time,
attendance is not mandatory for this lab time; this lab time is
provided for student use in completing assignments.
G237 fulfills the Natural and Mathematical Sciences distribution
requirement.
