Complementary and Alternative Approaches to Health (3 cr.) This
course discusses traditional health practices used as primary health
care by 65 to 85 percent of the worldˇ¦s population. Discussion and
activities will center on enhancing awareness of complementary and
alternative practices such as acupressure, acupuncture, aromatherapy,
biomagnetic applications, chiropractics, herbology/botanicals,
homeopathy, meditation, and naturopathy.
