The world is interconnected. Whether through commerce,
transportation, travel, communication, or education---nations,
cultures, and peoples are interacting more than ever in human
history. We are all part of the hive of global activity.
This course will help you understand:
the reasons why nations arise;
how they conduct relations with internal and
external peoples;
conflicts and resolutions among nations;
and the usefulness of NGO’s (non-governmental organizations)
Nations, States, and Boundaries is conducted on an
interdisciplinary basis: part political science, history, economics,
geography, business, science, philosophy, and any other discipline
that is pertinent to our inquiries.
