Meets with EALC-E 395

This course examines Japan’s foreign relations.  After a brief
historical survey, it covers Japan’s contemporary relations with the
United States, China, Korea, Russia, and Southeast Asia.  Topics
include economic as well as military and political relations, all of
which have undergone much change in recent years.
