Z355 Women in Business (3 cr) This course will examine gender issues in both national and international
business contexts.  Particular topics will include: status and measures of corporate gender diversity;
the  causes, effects, and solutions for the Glass Ceiling; unique elements of women’s and men’s leadership
and decision-making styles; mentoring and training plans; work/family balance, and visible/invisible
diversity as it relates to gender.  Case studies will complement readings from a variety of theoretical
and practical sources.
