This course introduces the basic tools of grammatical analysis (of
sounds, words, sentences and meanings) for graduate students who
have no or little background in formal linguistics. It is intended
for students interested in foreign languages, linguistics, speech
and hearing sciences, elementary or secondary English education, or
cognitive science.
