LSTU L290  FMLA and Americans with Disability Act Class Number
18497, 1 cr.  Class meets Mondays, 5:45 - 8:25 pm, SB150, November
3, 10, 17, 24, December 1. This course will include discussion of
these two significant employment laws, with emphasis on how
collective bargaining can enhance employee benefits, as well as
historical background information on the laws.  FMLA discussion will
include some case law studies and recent and proposed changes to the
