This course will provide an introduction, more-or-less comprehensive,
of the 20th century metaethics.  We will start with some classic
readings from the first half of the 20th century.  Then we will pay
special attention to two books that have been quite central in the
development of metaethical thought more recently:  Allan Gibbard’s
Wise Choices, Apt Feelings and Michael Smith’s The Moral Problem.
