The purpose of this course is to examine major themes in American
educational policy that lie at the intersection race and law. The
course will analyze concepts, cases and policies as a prelude to
helping students devise their own research projects on an important
issue in American educational policy. Course requirements include an
examination, case briefs and a final research paper.
