This course introduces students to the sociological perspective!
Broadly speaking, sociology is the study of society. According to
the American Sociological Association, "Sociology is the study of
social life, social change, and the social causes and consequences
of human behavior…"  We will examine many of the questions that
sociologists ask, the theories that frame these questions and the
methods that answer them.
