V 376 Law and Public Affairs (3 cr.)

The purpose of this course is to provide a basic understanding of
the origins, process, and impact of law in the making and
implementing of public policy. The course’s major objective is to
provide students with the substantive concepts necessary to
understand the judicial system and law in its various forms.
