V 570 Public Sector Labor Relations (1-3 cr.)

An introductory overview of labor relations concepts within the
framework of the public sector. The development, practice, and
extent of the collective bargaining process, as well as the
administration of the labor agreement, will be examined for state
agencies, local municipalities, and school districts.
