BUS R 440 Real Estate Appraisals (3 cr.) P: (F370 or F304) and R305. Offered in
fall semester only. Techniques and methods of appraising real property, with an
emphasis on income property. Covers concepts and analytic techniques used to estimate
the market value of real estate. Course content is similar to that which a professional
appraiser must learn.
