This course is intended for Biology and SPEA majors or the
equivalent.  The course includes laboratory and field observations
of local invertebrates, with emphasis on studies and experiments
involving living animals.  The principal objectives of the course
are (1) learning how to keep complete and accurate records of lab
and field activities and (2) learning how to write formal scientific
reports.
