Community Nutrition (3 cr.) P: HPER-N 231 or equivalent. Emphasizes
eligibility criteria and services available through community
programs and includes service-learning activities in the community.
Students apply knowledge of diet and health surveys and principles
of community assessment and education to the development of a
nutrition intervention. (Fall)
