This course introduces non-majors to the element and principles
of visual language.  Students will explore drawing, 2-dimensional
and 3-dimensional design.  A primary objective in the course will
be the development of compositional skills that will result in a
more sensitive visual aesthetic.  This course serves the state
requirement of Elementary Education majors and provides
non-majors a survey course in studio art.
