This course will teach you basic communicative skills (reading, writing and listening.) You will practice dialogues, everyday problem solving situations, role-model exercises in class. Outside class activities will include movies, tapes, and writing exercises.

There will be a 15-20 minute quiz at the end of each subject covered (i.e. If clause, reflexive, reciprocal etc.) Additionally, you will take an oral exam which will be announced well ahead of time. There will be a midterm and final exam.
