Forms, syntax, and the nature of the language are emphasized in this
intensive introduction.
There will be daily homework assignments and occasional quizzes collected
and graded for one-
quarter of the class grade.  Three tests will provide the remaining
three-quarters of the final
grade.  The text, Wheelock's Latin, will be completed by the end of the
session.
