this course is only open to graduate students who have applied to and who have been accepted
into the MFA Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design Program.  Students work on self-defined and
self-initiated projects equal to the number of credit hours for which they are enrolled.  Some
assigned projects may be given during a students three year course of study.
