Environmental Studies is an interdepartmental program designed to
introduce students to environmental problems associated with modern
civilizations. The program includes a multidisciplinary study of the
effects of resource utilization, energy generation, waste disposal, and
agricultural systems, as well as of the emergence of environment as a
focus of public policy.
