Junior or Senior class ranking as well as having completed Anatomy and
Physiology.

CLASS MEETING:
Class meets three times a week for 50 minutes per session.  Monday,
Wednesday, Friday, 9:05 a.m. - 9:55 a.m.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this course is to provide current and accurate information
regarding proper training methods, technique, practical guidelines and the
physical adaptations that are related to strength and power training.

Students are required to complete the following assignments:
	1.	Annual program design and project
	2.	Annual program design presentation
	3.	Midterm & technique evaluation
	4.	Final exam & technique evaluation
	5.	Quizzes

GRADING:
Final grade determination will be as follows:
	Project (Year long training plan)	24%
