This course meets second eight weeks.
Description: An introduction to recreation and leisure from the viewpoint
of the individual as a consumer and of agencies as providers. You can
expect to have a better understanding and appreciation of the importance of
recreation to your own and society's well-being. Also, because recreation
is a major industry in the U.S., you should take this course in order to
better appreciate the management of valuable leisure resources.
