P: two years of high school algebra or M014, and one year of high school

Designed to prepare students for both calculus M119 and calculus M211. (For
M211, students may also need Trigonometry M026.) Emphasis is placed on the
algebra of the real number system, solving equations, graphing functions
(linear, general polynomial, and rational) and working with both
exponential and logarithmic functions.

Credit may not be applied toward a degree in the College of Arts and
Sciences; a grade of C- or better is necessary to satisfy the College's
mathematics fundamental skills requirement. I Sem., II Sem., SS.
