Movement for the Theatre

Actor based, Movement for the Theatre is devoted to the development of the physical instrument using an eclectic approach which includes Feldenkraes' isolations, mime, aerobics, jazz, and modern dance. Other topics that are explored are elements of movement employing Laban vocabulary, movement as a means for character development, mask, and hand-to-hand combat.
