In this course students will learn the craft and art of writing poetry
and fiction by
examining prosody and content in the work of poets and fiction
writers, and by writing and
weekly critiques of their own poems and stories. Students will meet
for a lecture on Mondays
that will address various aspects of writing poetry and fiction. On
Wednesdays and Fridays
students will meet in small groups to discuss poems and stories they
have written.
