T'iu Chi Sword introduces students to Master Wm CC Chen's 64 movement T'ai
Chi Ch'uan
Sword Form.  This form refines the continuous flowing movement introduced in
T'ai Chi Ch'uan
solo form.  Students gain practical experience in the body mechanics of T'ai
Chi Ch'uan through
the larger, faster movements of the sword form.  The use of a hand held
object develops the
ability to project kinetic energy from the floor up through the body and to
the sword.
