Course Description: Review the social history of marriage/family and divorce. Provides
students with a review of the literature as it pertains to the effect of divorce
and presents strategies for minimizing those effects.
Class format: Lecture
Class Requirements: 1)varies by class size and session the course is offered.
2)a minimum of two exams ( max of three exams; out of class assignments vary by class size.
Final Grade: based on exam scores and successful completion of assignments.
