Environmental Education in the Outdoors

This course meets second eight weeks only.

Description:  Students will explore environmental concepts and issues
through readings, lecture, games, stories, and hands-on activities.  They
will plan and implement a day-long earth education program for elementary
school age children.

Summary of the Assignments: Five tests through term, plan and implement
day-long earth education program for elementary age children.

Additional Information:  Lab with Monroe County Schools required at Hilltop
Garden and Nature Center.
