Students must register for one of the lab sections when registering for this
course.
Description: An investigation of fiscal and budget issues related to the
operation of leisure service organizations.
Goals: 1. Students will gain an appreciation of the challenge and
complexity of modern fiscal management in leisure based organizations. 2.
Students will develop a knowledge of how to develop budgets using computer
spreadsheets and when to make application of the different types of budgets.
3. Students will recognize and be able to apply basic fiscal management
tasks.
