This course builds on and advances what is taught in J563.  Students work
more extensively with the three design fundamentals:  typography, color
and principles of design.  They learn advanced computer skills, such as
three-dimensional modeling and type design with PhotoShop.  Assignments
and course projects are at a higher level of design.  J465/565 also
includes explicit instruction and numerous experiences in creative problem
finding and creative problem solving.
