This course will be a survey of Industrial/Organizational (I/O)
Psychology. Emphasis will be placed on understanding and applying
psychological Theories and research to work organizations.  The course
will include topics From Personnel Psychology (selection and placement,
performance appraisal, training & development) and from Organizational
Psychology (motivation, leadership, groups, and communication).  Grades
will be based on exams, short projects, and a literature review.
