The purpose of this course is to facilitate understanding of the
interaction of electoral politics and policy. It covers the legal
framework of the evolution of the right to vote, the impact of the
judiciary on the O't'C structure of elections, limitations on
campaign practices, and the importance of legislative districting and
its control.
