Course Description and Content
This course examines the social and economic factors
underlying fashion movements, the development and operation
of apparel markets, designers and career opportunities in the
apparel merchandising field.

Outline Course Requirements
Course evaluation will be based on tests, in-class assignments,
quizzes and three written reports.

companies and careers represented in retailing.
