Prerequisite F100, F101, F102.  Drawing and perception in the history and practice of visual
communication, including a basic introduction to the field and exercises with pencil, marker,
computer, and other tools, to produce symbols, letter forms, and symbol-letter combinations.
The goals of this course are the development of basic visual and craft skills used by the
designer through fundamental exercises.
