This course aims to reinforce students' confidence in oral communication.
Participation in class is essential. Students will be required to write
compositions and to give presentations on topics related to Italian
culture.  We will discuss subjects of current importance in Italy such as
the European Community, Italian women writers as well as writers such as
Calvino and sciascia. Prerequisite: M250.
