This seminar is dedicated to the memory of Sam Westfall (1924-1996)
and focuses on his contributions to the history of science.  We will
read primary sources and Westfall's main works, including Force in
Newton's Physics.  The Science of Dynamics in The Seventeenth Century
and Never at Rest.  A Biography of Isaac Newton.
