Labor Studies | Sexual Harassment

This is a one-credit course which will meet two Fridays:  Feb. 23 &
March 2, from 9:05 AM to 4:25 PM, with a one hour lunch break each
day.  This course will examine all aspects of workplace and academic
sexual harassment including but not limited to:  definitions, federal
and state law, E.E.O.C. guidelines and regulations, employer and
school liability, personnel, school and labor agreement language and
policies, arbitrator standards, and personal perspectives.  In
addition, reasons and solutions for workplace and academic sexual
harassment will be discussed.
