P: two years of high school algebra
or M014, and one year of high school geometry. A025 is a self-taught
version of M025.  Although there are no formal lectures, free tutoring is
available at various times during the week. Students will buy a CD ROM,
not a text. The required work may be done on any campus computer cluster,
or possibly on a personal computer in a dormitory. Class meets once a week
for quizzes or exams.
