Urban politics in America examines the political evolution of
contemporary urban society. Furthermore, the course examines issues
of urban reform, suburbanization, metropolitanization, urban service
delivery, inter-ethnic conflict and immigration policy. Course
requirements include two examinations, brief homework assignments,
and a clearly delineated group project.
