This course is designed to give students an in-depth examination of
cancer regarding the cellular development, prevention, and
treatment.  In addition, the course discusses behaviors that are
specific to the cause and prevention of cancer which include
nutrition, tobacco, environment, sexual behavior, physical activities
and early detection.  A panel of physicians and a panel of cancer
survivors help the students grasp the realities of dealing with
cancer on a personal level.
